Close up shot of the Elouan Frose - glass of frose with mint leaf, lime wedge and straw

Elouan Frosé

Full-flavored and full-bodied, Elouan Rosé is the perfect wine for creating this refreshing wine cocktail.

  • 1 bottle Elouan Rosé
  • 1 lb watermelon cubes
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • Mint for garnish

Pour rosé into ice cube trays and freeze overnight. Place watermelon on a parchment-lined baking sheet (ensure cubes are not touching) and freeze for at least 2 hours, then transfer the watermelon into a sealable bag and keep frozen.

Combine sugar and water in a small saucepan over medium heat, stirring constantly until sugar is dissolved and mixture has come to a boil. Turn off heat and let sit until thickened – about 15 minutes. Pour syrup into a small bowl and let cool. Keep in refrigerator until ready to use.

In a blender, mix rosé ice cubes, frozen watermelon cubes, simple syrup, and lemon juice until mixture is combined. Pour into glasses and garnish with a sprig of mint.
